Lead Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To govern and deliver modern data and analytics platforms, the full-time salaried Lead Solutions Architect, Data Analytics Engineering will architect enterprise-scale data products, define engineering standards, and drive modernization efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern scalable ELT architectures and lead the development of complex data pipelines and decision intelligence solutions
• Establish DataOps best practices across squads and oversee CI/CD pipeline components to ensure reliability and governance
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate stakeholder sessions to align business requirements with architecture decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Decision product development
• Deep expertise in data modeling, ELT architecture, and enterprise data ecosystems
• Advanced Snowflake engineering skills, including VWH optimization and RBAC frameworks
• Strong proficiency with Tableau or similar analytics platforms
