Job Summary
As a pivotal member of the Solutions Consulting team, the full-time Lead Solutions Consultant will act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, own technical strategies for high-value deals, and lead engaging demonstrations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers
- Own the technical strategy for multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation
- Lead outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value engagements that connect Outreach's capabilities to business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM or revenue orchestration technologies
- Proven success in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and designing integrations with platforms like Salesforce and ZoomInfo
- Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes
- Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories that are scalable across the organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and agentic AI frameworks
