Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technical operations team, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will engage directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges, champion the Brazilian market, and lead the technical implementation of ad-tech products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers and provide structured feedback to internal teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with ad tech tools like Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or Header Bidding is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical solutions effectively and build trust with customers
