Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to support their payments and financial infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development in late-stage deals and technical evaluations
• Identify gaps between current product capabilities and customer needs while negotiating tradeoffs
• Build lightweight prototypes and assist customers with integration challenges

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on familiarity with fund flows, settlement, and reconciliation
• Prior experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering roles at payments companies
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and payment integrations
