Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Lead Solutions Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage complex technical challenges for a diverse global network of premium publishers, with a focus on the Brazilian market, while providing direct client consultation and technical onboarding of advanced ad-tech products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
• Lead technical implementation and onboarding for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance from day one
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role
• Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or similar ad-tech tools is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and build trust with customers
