Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technical operations team, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will engage directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges, lead implementations for high-value accounts, and drive product value, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of proprietary tools for Brazilian customers, ensuring optimal revenue performance
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers and provide structured feedback to internal teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect)
• Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with ad tech tools such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or Header Bidding is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and build trust with customers
