Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Lead Solutions Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage complex technical challenges for premium publishers, particularly in the Brazilian market, while leading the implementation of advanced ad-tech products and providing strategic consultations to maximize ad revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance
- Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers and collaborate with internal teams to influence product development
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
- Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
- Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or Header Bidding is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and build trust through empathetic problem-solving
