Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing global technical operations team, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical escalation point for premium publishers, driving customer adoption of ad-tech products while working remotely and requiring fluency in Portuguese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and troubleshooting for Brazilian customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of ad-tech solutions
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to recommend configurations that enhance ad revenue for clients
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers and relay customer feedback to internal Product/Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and excellent English communication skills
• Strong practical knowledge of front-end web technologies, including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior exposure to ad tech, including Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, and Header Bidding, is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and effectively communicate technical solutions
