Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Fluently guiding Brazilian customers through technical solutions, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will manage advanced troubleshooting, technical onboarding, and strategic consultations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers and collaborate with internal teams on product feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or similar ad-tech platforms is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and effectively troubleshoot technical issues
