Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a diverse global network of premium publishers, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will provide technical problem-solving and client consultation remotely, focusing on the Brazilian market and ensuring seamless adoption of advanced ad-tech products.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues through advanced troubleshooting
• Lead the technical implementation and onboarding of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance from day one
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers while collaborating with internal teams to influence product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or similar ad tech is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical solutions empathetically and effectively to customers
