Job Summary

Serving as a critical technical lead for the Brazilian market, the full-time remote Lead Solutions Engineer will engage directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges, support the adoption of advanced ad-tech products, and implement custom solutions while leveraging fluency in Portuguese and English.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance
  • Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers and provide structured feedback to internal teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
  • Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or Google Publisher Tags is highly preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients and build trust
