Lead Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing technical operations team, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will engage directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges and lead the implementation of ad-tech products, serving as a key technical resource for the Brazilian market in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal performance from day one
• Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers and collaborate with internal teams to influence product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols
• Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, or related ad-tech platforms is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and build trust with clients
