Lead Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To shape the future of secure digital workspaces, the remote Lead Solutions Specialist will design and implement scalable endpoint management architectures using eLux and Scout, drive feature development, and advocate for process improvements across enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure endpoint management architectures leveraging eLux and Scout
• Drive the development of key features and optimizations to enhance endpoint security and centralized management
• Collaborate with customers to develop proof of concepts demonstrating the effectiveness of eLux and Scout

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of thin-client computing and secure digital workspace environments, with expertise in eLux and Scout
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, endpoint management, or systems engineering
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and cloud-based device automation
• Familiarity with integrating Citrix DaaS products into enterprise environments
• Experience in customer or partner-facing roles with excellent stakeholder management skills
