Lead Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the integration and optimization of eLux and Scout within Citrix's platform, the full-time remote Lead Solutions Specialist will design secure endpoint management architectures, lead feature development, and advocate for process improvements to enhance enterprise IT environments and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure endpoint management architectures using eLux and Scout
• Drive the development of features and optimizations for enhanced endpoint security and performance
• Collaborate with customers to develop proof of concepts demonstrating the effectiveness of eLux and Scout

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of thin-client computing and secure digital workspace environments, with experience in eLux and Scout or similar solutions
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, endpoint management, or systems engineering
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and cloud-based device automation, including Citrix DaaS
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Experience in customer or partner-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills
