Lead Sourcing Analyst
Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time remote Lead Sourcing Analyst/Buyer will manage sourcing activities, analyze data, and engage with stakeholders while also acting as a Buyer for projects and parts.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sourcing and procurement activities to deliver a competitive advantage within the Americas market
- Manage supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and issue purchase orders for components
- Develop reports and analyze spend to identify opportunities for cost-reduction and improve key performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and tendering
- Advanced M/S Office skills, including Excel formulas, V-lookups, and pivot tables
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in related areas is desired
