Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches while adhering to regulatory standards
  • Execute detailed launch roadmaps and manage pre-launch readiness activities, including field force training and logistics
  • Analyze post-launch KPIs and develop operational metrics to support performance tracking and business oversight
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical experience and/or project management preferred
  • People management experience is preferred
  • Strong background in product launch planning and KPI tracking
  • Experience with content management systems and vendor collaboration
