Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches while adhering to regulatory standards
- Execute detailed launch roadmaps and manage pre-launch readiness activities, including field force training and logistics
- Analyze post-launch KPIs and develop operational metrics to support performance tracking and business oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years of pharmaceutical experience and/or project management preferred
- People management experience is preferred
- Strong background in product launch planning and KPI tracking
- Experience with content management systems and vendor collaboration
