Job Summary

Acting as a central coordination point for issue management, the full-time remote Lead Specialist - NCR Triage will oversee the intake, validation, prioritization, and resolution of Non-Conformances (NCRs), Concerns, and Improvement opportunities within Gas Power Business Operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary triage and coordination point for incoming issues related to NCRs, Concerns, and Improvements
  • Assess and prioritize incoming issues based on severity, business impact, and established criteria, routing them to appropriate resolution teams
  • Monitor case progress, ensuring timely follow-up and closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvement
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Experience in Quality Systems and Non-Conformance Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in power generation equipment installation, operation, service, or technical support
  • Experience working with PowerNow, PLM, and ERP systems
