Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for incoming issues, the full-time Lead Specialist - NCR Triage will manage the intake, validation, prioritization, and routing of Non-Conformances (NCRs), Concerns, and Improvement opportunities within Gas Power Business Operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and triage incoming issues, ensuring completeness and alignment with reporting requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify and obtain necessary documentation for issue resolution
  • Monitor case progress and drive timely follow-up to ensure closure within business expectations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Experience in Quality Systems and Non-Conformance Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in power generation equipment installation, operation, service, or technical support
  • Familiarity with PowerNow, PLM, and ERP systems
