Job Summary
To support the travel operations, the full-time Lead Staff Travel Coordinator will manage daily functions of third-party travel management, oversee staff travel programs, and provide training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff travel coordinators, providing performance feedback and managing schedules
- Act as the main liaison between the TPTM vendor and SEARHC, ensuring effective implementation of travel programs
- Collaborate with the finance division to manage travel-related billing and reporting processes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- Certification in travel management from a recognized national organization preferred
- Five years of travel management experience in a corporate or high-volume leisure travel environment required
- Experience in corporate institutional travel preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and TPTM software
