Job Summary

To support the travel operations, the full-time Lead Staff Travel Coordinator will manage daily functions of third-party travel management, oversee staff travel programs, and provide training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff travel coordinators, providing performance feedback and managing schedules
  • Act as the main liaison between the TPTM vendor and SEARHC, ensuring effective implementation of travel programs
  • Collaborate with the finance division to manage travel-related billing and reporting processes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Certification in travel management from a recognized national organization preferred
  • Five years of travel management experience in a corporate or high-volume leisure travel environment required
  • Experience in corporate institutional travel preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and TPTM software
