Lead Statistical Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Statistical Programmer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for compounds and therapeutic areas
• Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers, ensuring resource planning
• Develop and oversee SAS/R programs for ADaM datasets and TFL generation

Required Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 9+ years of experience, or BS with 11+ years
• Minimum 2+ years of experience leading statistical programming teams
• Strong expertise in SAS and/or R programming
• Hands-on experience with ADaM, TFL, and CDISC standards
• Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and drug development
