Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Strategist, CRM & Loyalty to drive strategic outcomes across complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end loyalty and CRM engagements, facilitating client workshops and developing engagement roadmaps
  • Design loyalty strategies and define CRM and Loyalty KPIs, optimizing customer experiences based on insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless delivery and contribute to the evolution of the practice
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Loyalty Strategy, CRM, or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience with AI-powered marketing tools
  • Deep expertise in retention marketing, customer segmentation, and loyalty program design
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and the ability to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
