Job Summary

To support high-value client engagements, the full-time Lead Strategy Consultant will quantify impact, devise strategies, and coach clients on digital transformation while collaborating with senior leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Quantifying the impact of working with the company and developing strategies and roadmaps with clients
  • Coaching customers on translating current challenges into core business goals and leading workshops on digital strategy
  • Creating C-Level presentations and refining ROI/TCO models to guide clients in realizing their goals
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles related to analytics, digital experience, or management consulting
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and connect messaging to C-level executives
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial/business case models
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with customer experience technology and value-based selling is beneficial
