Lead Student Event Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the operations of summer conferences and intern housing, the part-time Lead Student Event and Conference Manager will develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for subordinate student managers while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the full guest experience lifecycle, from inquiry to billing
- Help lead planning and execution of Summer Conference and Intern Housing experiences
- Collaborate with campus partners to support planning, logistics, and financial processes for summer guests
Required Qualifications
- Non-OSU Student
- Minimum 1.5 years of leadership experience
- Completion of at least one full season with Events and Conferences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and customer service platforms
- Availability to work 30-38 hours/week during summer and 3-15 hours/week during the academic year
