Lead Subcontracts Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Subcontracts Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates RFP solicitations, evaluates supplier proposals, and negotiates pricing and terms with subcontractors
• Administers subcontracts, resolves issues, and performs close-out activities
• Acts as the primary interface between subcontractors and the programs being supported

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree with 8-12 years of experience or Master's with 6-10 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions, managing various subcontract types, and analyzing risks
• Basic knowledge of the FAR and DFAR
• Proficiency in word processing, electronic spreadsheet, and workstation tools
