Lead Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Subcontracts Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle subcontract management activities for U.S. Government and Commercial programs
• Interface with subcontractors and internal teams to manage contractual agreements and mitigate risks
• Coach junior staff on policies, procedures, and best practices in subcontract management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Experience with federal subcontracting, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
• Proven negotiation skills to maximize organizational return and minimize risk
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize actions effectively
