Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of substation protection and control design projects
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters
• Oversee project ownership, including financial management and resource allocation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
• Proven ability to lead substation design projects effectively
• Experience in liaising and collaborating with external clients
• Commitment to continuous professional development and obtaining a P.E. license
