Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage substation protection and control design projects
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters
• Coordinate and collaborate with external clients to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
• Proven ability to lead substation design projects
• Experience in managing project financials and resources
• Willingness to support the journey to obtain and maintain a P.E. license
