Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of substation protection and control design projects
• Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters
• Oversee project management, including financials and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
• Proven ability to lead substation design projects
• Experience in aligning engineering execution with program management
• Field testing/commissioning experience is a plus
