Job Summary

Leading the successful implementation and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform, the full-time remote Lead Qualified Success Architect will guide customers through onboarding, optimize AI-powered buyer engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding and implementation of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform
• Design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies in partnership with customer stakeholders
• Analyze buyer engagement and conversion performance to deliver strategic recommendations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Experience with marketing automation systems
• Knowledge of web/scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Bachelor's degree required
