Job Summary
Owning the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform, the full-time remote Lead Qualified Success Architect will work with customers to transform their sales and marketing processes while collaborating with various business units and providing coaching on product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
- Document technical requirements and establish consultative relationships with client business units
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and engage in internal product discussions to shape the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
- Knowledge in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree required
