Lead Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Hardware Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for hardware across multiple countries, including production scheduling
• Lead distributor relationships, negotiating allocations and terms while building strategic partnerships
• Manage inventory globally, including freight, tax, and customs considerations, while improving forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management for both first-party and third-party products
• Fluency in financial and data systems, including ERP and data analysis tools
• Experience in planning and sourcing across multiple countries with an understanding of logistics implications
• Experience with New Product Introduction and Phase-out processes
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of managing distributor relationships
