Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer to strengthen their Run Support team and address high-impact technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own resolution of high-severity incidents and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
- Mentor junior support engineers and advocate for customer impact during sprint planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application support or software operations
- Expertise in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and release management
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing systems
- Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk or Dynatrace
