Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Support Engineer to strengthen their Run Support team and address high-impact technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own resolution of high-severity incidents and ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage bugs and user stories in Azure DevOps
  • Mentor junior support engineers and advocate for customer impact during sprint planning
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in application support or software operations
  • Expertise in technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog and release management
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience with ticketing systems
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk or Dynatrace
