Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams for large IT project initiatives
Implement, maintain, and configure cloud-based software solutions
Provide fourth level service desk support and act as an escalation point for complex application issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience
8-9 years of experience in Software System Administration
Experience with Horizon View, ESXi, and server virtualization
In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SharePoint
Thorough knowledge of Active Directory Administration and Management
