Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator Lead to work remotely and support the Military OneSource mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise system platforms, including Salesforce and Amazon Connect
• Customize system modules and workflows to align with organizational processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement security measures to ensure system integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline with 4-6 years of systems administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and system design
• Strong technical expertise in server and platform administration
• Experience with enterprise applications and integrated platforms
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks required
