Lead Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for infrastructure systems and processes
• Design, build, and implement new systems and services while performing routine maintenance and administration tasks
• Mentor team members and evaluate new technologies to enhance business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in systems administration, or an associate degree with 9+ years, or high school equivalency with 12+ years
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration, SAN/vSAN/HCI infrastructure, and MS Intune
• Proficiency in scripting with SCCM (PowerShell) and VMware vSphere administration
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and ITIL framework
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change
