Lead Systems Administrator, a full-time remote leadership role supporting a government customer in a 24/7 operational environment, responsible for supervising systems administrators, driving customer experience initiatives, and administering platforms like Salesforce and AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support systems administrators across enterprise applications and cloud environments
  • Drive customer experience and operational improvement initiatives
  • Administer and support platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of systems administration experience, including supervisory or team lead experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, AWS, Tableau, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain required clearance
