Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of application systems, ensuring adherence to project schedules and user standards
• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating system design specification documents and technical artifacts
• Provide technical direction and support to team members, collaborating with stakeholders and vendor teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience with application system design and implementation
• Experience with technology stack including Ab-Initio, DB2, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, and XML
• Advanced SQL query skills and experience in database modeling
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in a complex environment
