Lead Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement application systems while creating technical artifacts such as Functional Requirements Specifications and Data Models
• Lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring adherence to project schedules
• Provide technical, business, and administrative direction for software development tasks and oversee the quality of work products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7 years of IT work experience, including application system design and implementation
• Experience with technology stack: Ab-Initio, DB2, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, XML
• Minimum 3 years of database modeling experience with DB2, Oracle, SQL/Server, or comparable
• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in complex environments
