Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst - Epic Beaker - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads Application Analysts and oversees team activities, prioritizing work and coordinating resources
• Ensures timely completion of high-quality deliverables, including project plans and testing scripts
• Communicates status updates and escalates unresolved issues to the Application Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirement
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years in healthcare Information Technology, including 3 years of Epic build experience
• One year of leadership or mentorship experience
• Relevant Epic Module certification within six months of employment
• Epic certification for internal candidates within 9 months of transfer to the Epic project
