Lead Systems Analyst - Remote

Job Summary

To support a high-performing technology and business solutions team, the long-term contract Lead Systems Analyst - Remote will manage investment performance measurement initiatives, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and perform complex data analysis using SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while leading workshops and requirements sessions
• Support initiatives related to investment performance measurement and assist in resolving performance data quality issues
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL to validate requirements and support decision-making across systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in the investment management or financial services industry
• Strong experience in Investment Performance Measurement and a solid understanding of GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards)
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform data analysis across multiple systems
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams and drive solution-oriented discussions
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
