Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer - INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Lead/SME for the Facets Voucher application team, guiding requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation
Identify gaps in requirements, manage project risks, and improve system performance and availability
Lead software design and development teams, translating user needs into technical requirements while managing technical resources

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
8 years of experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems
5+ years of knowledge of Facets Core and Voucher application
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Server OS and core networking concepts
Basic understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent database technology
