Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5 - 7 years of related experience in systems engineering
• Experience with End User Technology solutions and incident management
• Hands-on experience with DEX platforms like Nexthink
• Certifications in Agile or IT Service Management preferred
