Lead Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to provide end-user support both onsite and remotely in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project for 4,100 Branches, 65,000 desktops/tablets, and 200,000 peripherals
• Handle Tier 3 production support tickets and vendor technician inquiries
• Conduct unit-level testing on new hardware/software updates and implement automated solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Tier 2/Tier 3 production support for Windows 10/11 devices
• 3+ years of experience with MS Configuration Manager
• 2+ years of experience with MS Intune
• Minimum 2 years of basic Active Directory administration
• 2 years of experience in desktop administration, engineering, and scripting (PowerShell, Batch Files, etc.)
