Lead Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Installs, tunes, upgrades, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems relevant to supported applications
• Develops and implements techniques to prevent system problems and supports root cause analysis
• Evaluates new systems through in-depth testing and researches software for recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 8 years of experience in overseeing design, development, and implementation of software systems and applications
• ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred within 180 days
• Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
