Lead Tactical Radio Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Tactical Radio Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver subject matter expertise on US Army Tactical Radio networks and RF network technologies
• Collaborate with user organizations to develop, test, and formalize Standard Operating Procedures and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures
• Support software product design by gathering user stories and customer use cases, and provide training and operational support

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Army and/or military Tactical Radio systems
• Operational and spectrum management experience in a military environment
• Experience in operating, configuring, and managing RF communications systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Must possess a secret clearance
