Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across various roles, including senior-level hires
  • Design, implement, and improve recruiting processes and methodologies
  • Enable hiring managers through coaching and support in the interviewing process
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant in-house experience
  • Proven experience in designing and driving recruiting processes
  • Strong data fluency and experience using analytics to enhance hiring outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation in recruiting workflows
  • Ability to operate independently with a strong executive presence
