Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across various roles, including senior-level hires
- Design, implement, and improve recruiting processes and methodologies
- Enable hiring managers through coaching and support in the interviewing process
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant in-house experience
- Proven experience in designing and driving recruiting processes
- Strong data fluency and experience using analytics to enhance hiring outcomes
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation in recruiting workflows
- Ability to operate independently with a strong executive presence
