Job Summary

To support strategic recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will drive hiring strategies, source high-quality candidates, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process for advanced manufacturing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute hiring strategies for complex roles while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights on talent acquisition and market trends
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function using Lean methodologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of recruitment experience with expertise in sourcing and managing complex offers
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for Advanced Manufacturing roles
