Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for high-priority Finance roles, the full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic hiring partner to Finance leaders and cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced AI tools to enhance recruiting processes and candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Finance positions, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer strategy
- Act as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Finance hiring, ensuring alignment with internal policies and stakeholder preferences
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline recruiting workflows and improve operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on complex business or Finance roles
- Hands-on experience building AI bots or workflow agents to improve business processes
- Direct experience using Skills in Claude Code and/or OpenAI Codex for process automation
- Strong command of Workday and modern recruiting systems, with familiarity in tools like ModernLoop and Gem
- Bachelor's degree required
