Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, Investments, to manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across investment and operations roles, while partnering with hiring leaders and driving strategic search initiatives in a remote, Boston, or New York City setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market conditions and competitive hiring practices
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from role intake through onboarding coordination
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates in investment and asset management

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within investment, asset management, or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders
• Deep understanding of the investment talent landscape
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred
