Job Summary
To enhance corporate finance recruitment efforts, the full-time Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level roles, focusing on finance positions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 15-20+ active requisitions for finance and corporate roles, supporting full-cycle recruiting activities
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruiting strategies, providing market insights and updates on pipeline progress
- Track recruiting performance metrics within Workday and HiredScore, ensuring accurate data integrity and timely dispositioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
- 4+ years of work experience in talent acquisition or related fields
- Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar systems
- Experience in a large organization with over 10,000 employees
